In this article I will briefly introduce you to the 3x5 training. The 3x5 training is slightly different from the 5x5 training and consists of 3 sets with 5 repetitions and is suitable to crack plateaus or with great experience.
It really shouldn't be used to save time or shorten training!
5x3 training or 3x5 training
Sometimes it is also called 5x3 training. But that means 5 sentences and 3 repetitions!
But the correct expression is 3x5 training (3 sets, 5 repetitions), or 3x5 routine or 3x5 method.
